Faye nodded in understanding “ya, it makes you forget… Everything.” she said in an understanding tone. “so what’s new with you?” she said trying to distract herself.
Karlas mind bled with the still open wound of her past, but she pushed it back and tried to distract herself, as she saw that Faye was also doing. “Uhm, nothing really, did you go to the Valentines Dance?” She asked looking over. “I didn’t go.” She said shrugging.
